We specialise in modest fashion including abayas and related garments. We aim to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy due to screen differences.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or stock issues.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at checkout via accepted payment methods.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy (see separate page). Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached unless faulty.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, and designs, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products, except where required by law.
